Describing the members of SPOK (Organisations):

  • SEKO is historical a blue collar organisation. Member of LO - The Swedish Trade Union Confederation. In the nuclear plants the most of the members work in maintening. SEKO :s members also work with operating engineering and adminsitrative tasks.
  • SIF is historical a white collar organisation. SIF is a member of the confeeration TCO. In the nuclear plants the most of the members work in administration. Many of the SIF members also work with engineering and operating tasks.
  • SEF is historical a blue collar organisation. Member of LO - the Swedeish Trade Union Confederation. In the nuclear plant the most of the members work in maintening.
  • Civilingenjörsförbundet is historical an organisation of academics. The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineer (CF) Member in SACO, the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations.
  • Ledarna is historical an organisation foremen and supervisors. Ledarna - the Swedish association for managerial and professional staff. In the nuclear plants the mostly of the members works as operators and supervisors.
SPOK activities
As the national WONUC organisation SPOK follow the stautes of WONUC. Following pictures describes examples what SPOK want to work with :

  • Choice of running the plant with own personnel or contractors
  • What competence shall we have ourselves or what the company will by from contractors
  • Choice of ideologies of management
  • Big reorganisations
  • And other waypoints for the company

NATIONAL Common Trade Union work in strategically tasks in the Nuclear trade, structural and politic
  • Political shut down of Nuclear power plants
  • Demands from authorities as have reference to security
  • The effect of ideologies of management on the safety and the working environment, and get sympathy/empathy from the public to get influence
  • Exchange of knowledge between the plants and the trade unions.

  • Influence and support against political wind up of nuclear power
  • Cover our interests from - and get influence on international bodies
  • Cover our interests from - and get influence on working environment / HR
