The height of typeface should be 12pt, the maximum number of characters should not exceed 10 per inch. prefrably the character set used should be "Times New Roman", 16 bold for the title and 12 for the text. Authors name and address should be indicated at the top of the page. Tables and Figures should be included in the text or appended at the end. Separate reduction of size of figures or reproduction is not possible. coloured figures can not be reproduced in color. References should be indicated at the end of the text, numerically according to the citation in the text.

Copyright in papers accepted to presentation at the conference passes to WONUC. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.

ABSTRACTS will be peer reviewed under the auspice of the Scientific Committee and notify of acceptance by June 31, 2003.
